How to Place an Order

Making a purchase is simple-

First time users. Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, click 'Add to Basket'. If you require additional items, click on continue shopping.
Tip - Save on Postage. Additional items can be sent at a reduced cost.

Two options are - Quick Buy (For a one off - purchase). Click on icon. Key in your details, items which have a * are mandatory. Proceed to payment details.

Open Account & Buy. To create an account click on icon. Key in a username and password which are memorable to you. Confirm be re-entering the password. Fill in all details. These details will be remembered and will not need re-inputting the next time you log in.

How to Find what you are looking for

Our search facility is extremely comprehensive and easy to use.

Using the box at the top of the home page, key in a title, subject or area of interest and click 'Search'. E.g. 'Action Man'. This will produce a list of itmes featuring the selected subject.

To be more specific, for example if you are looking for Action Man Books, key in 'Action Man', then select 'Books' from the drop down menu and click on search.
Tip - Keep the sarch simple. The sarch matches identical items, therefore it is best to key in a small selection of the title / area, and this is especially useful if you are unsure of the spelling. E.g. 'Farah' rather than 'Farah Fawcett 12" Fiqure Doll'.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Go to the 'Sign In' page at the top right. Click on 'Forgot your password'. Key in your email address (this must be the email address used in original registation). Your details will be emailed to you.
